- Audit submissions: the URL you submit, the audit results we generate, and any contact details you provide.
- Usage data: aggregated browser, device, and access-time data from server logs and Google Analytics.
- Communications: emails, voicemails, and chat messages you send to us.
3. How we use it
- To run the WCAG-AAA audit you requested.
- To follow up on remediation work you ask us to scope or do.
- To improve the audit tool and our wider service offering.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Postmark, Google Analytics) only to operate the service. Law-enforcement requests are honored where legally required.
5. Cookies
We use a consent banner to obtain consent for non-essential cookies where required (GDPR/CCPA). Essential cookies (session, security) are always on.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email sales@appwt.com from the address on file.
7. Retention
Audit results are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

We will update this page when policy changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
